    A surprising stay despite hiccups

    Woke up surprised by the decent breakfast selection each morning. The team was genuinely friendly.

    Unfortunately, the room lacked adequate lighting and extra outlets. The electronic door lock was temperamental, causing frustration.

    The hotel was fairly clean and RECENTLY REFURBISHED, had free wi-fi. The room was a nice size and well stocked, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, I truly enjoyed it. The location was particularly good, for example, Everly Brothers Monument was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. It also was near several places to eat.

    I encountered several issues that were quite disappointing. The hot tub in my room did not work as expected, and I was left with just a large bath instead. Multiple electrical outlets were non-functional, made charging my devices very inconvenient. Despite my attempts to resolve these issues, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful.

    I loved how close this place was to the everly brothers monument and got to enjoy some tasty food just a short walk away at sonic drive-in. The overall vibe of the hotel was warm and cute with a friendly check-in experience.

    We appreciated the quick check-in process, made our arrival smooth. The location is excellent, thriving with nearby attractions and convenience. The day shift staff were cute and helpful.

    We enjoyed walking trails and swimming . The check-in was quick, and the day staff were super friendly. Depending on how busy it gets, parking can be an issue, so plan ahead!

    One downside was the breakfast. The omelets were dry and unappetizing, disappointing.
